Water Entitlements and Trading

John Leeson, Andrew Rankin (Brisbane) and Charles Stuart (Dubbo) are API qualified valuers in Water Entitlements and Trading in Australia.

Water Entitlements and Trading is a specialised area which requires the expertise of trained and experienced valuers.

Senior Certified Practising Valuers, Andrew Rankin and Charles Stuart are certified by the Australian Property Institute (API) as Water Entitlement Valuers.  Charles is based in Dubbo and Andrew alternates between our Glen Innes and Brisbane Offices.  Both valuers have a thorough understanding of rural farming and the value of water and entitlements.

All water entitlement valuation reports are completed in terms of the Australian Property Institute approved guidelines and to the International Valuation Standards.  We do not subcontract any valuation work. 

In 2023 John Leeson, Andrew Rankin and Charles Stuart undertook valuations of water entitlements for the Australian Government in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT and Victoria.
