BBus (RP VAL & ADMIN), AAPI & AVAA, Certified Practising Valuer

John is the Managing Director and the Principal Valuer of Leeson Valuers. He is registered as a Valuer in both the States of Queensland and New South Wales. He has been registered since November 1989. He has a Bachelor of Business – Real Property Valuation and Administration, is an Associate of Australian Property Institute (API),  Real Estate Institute of Qld (REIQ) and Auctioneers and Valuers Association of Australia (AVAA).

John specialises in the residential sector of the market and has valued all types of residential properties including:

• Houses – Modest to Prestige

• Units and Townhouses

• Home Unit/Townhouse Development Projects

• Residential Subdivision Lands

• Blocks of Flats

• Boarding Houses and Student Accommodation

• Rural Residential

John is also an AVAA Certified Practicing Valuer of Chattels and Plant & Equipment and includes:

• Clearing Sales - Pre-sale

• Farm Equipment

He is retained on a regular basis as Valuer for a number of State Government Departments and Brisbane City Council, as well as compensation claims for properties resumed by Statutory Authorities.  John has undertaken appointments by the President of the REIQ as Valuer and referrals from the Valuers Registration Board and Australian Property Institute.
